QuantaBreeze (a joint venture with HAND) is a next-generation enterprise AI solutions provider, empowering manufacturing and distribution companies across North America with intelligent automation and AI-driven transformation.
Larry brings over 20 years of leadership in digital transformation, IT cost optimization, and global enterprise architecture. He has led large-scale SAP and AI initiatives for clients including SharkNinja, IVC, and Edelbrock, and previously served as Acting CIO at IVC, driving a 50% reduction in IT costs. Larry holds an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of California, Davis, and a B.S. from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Chao-Ming Ying, Ph.D. is the Co-founder and CTO of New Horizon Soft (newhorizon.ai), a Boston-based supply chain planning software company pioneering the use of AI in forecasting and planning. He previously led the global Oracle Supply Chain Planning consulting practice at Hitachi Consulting and held key roles at Demantra and i2 Technologies.
Dr. Ying holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and a bachelor’s degree from Zhejiang University.
